Intellectual Property Complaints Policy

This policy explains how copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property complaints can be reported to ForKobo and how repeat infringement may be handled.

1. What Can Be Reported

  • Copyright infringement.
  • Trademark misuse, impersonation, or passing off.
  • Unauthorized use of brand assets, product images, or protected listings.

2. What to Include

Complaints should include enough information for ForKobo to review the report responsibly.

  • Your name, company name if applicable, and contact email.
  • A description of the right you believe is being infringed.
  • The exact URL, page, or listing you want reviewed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith basis for the complaint.
  • A statement that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Review Process

ForKobo may request more information, remove or disable content, notify the affected merchant, or decline action where a complaint is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or outside our control.

4. Repeat Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights, evade restrictions, or ignore takedown requests may be suspended, terminated, or referred to partners or authorities as appropriate.

5. Submit a Complaint

Email IP complaints to trust@forkobo.com with the subject line IP Complaint.
